Seachange is a beach house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle.
The house is about 500 metres from the centre of town and one street back from the foreshore.
Only a short walk to the jetty and close proximity to boat ramps.
The house has a private, fenced rear yard with a shady deck and barbecue area and fish cleaning facilities plus a large deck to the front with lovely views.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven with range hood, refrigerator, freezer, an adequate supply of glasses, crockery and utensils.
