The Upper Deck - the upstairs part of the property containing two bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom and combined living/dining area plus large balcony, which sleeps four. The Studio is the downstairs apartment with separate bedroom, kitchenette, laundry and shower room with separate toilet and sleeps up to three.
